Add a few CUPS - Add some cups to one part of your body to enhance blood flow and reduce tension while your therapist works on other areas.

Foot Scrub & Hot Towel Treatment - Indulge your feet with a foot scrub worked into your massage, followed by a hot towel wrap and finished with a deep moisture treatment.

Massage Gun - For extra stubborn knots, use of the massage gun helps your therapist to soften muscles more quickly for improved results.

Specialty Upgrades

Hot Stones - Heated stones are used as extensions of the therapists' hands for a delightful, warm treatment.

Deep Tissue - Slow strokes, direct pressure, and friction movements target chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the surface.

Lymphatic  - Utilizes slow, light pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system.

Prenatal - Perfect relaxing massage for expecting mothers in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. Performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist.

MyoFascial Release - Gentle, sustained pressure into myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.

How Often?
  • Recent pain flair up: 1 or 2x/week until pain improves

  • Chronic Pain: Every 1 or 2 weeks combined with at-home stretches.

  • Relaxation: 1 or 2x/month as needed

  • TMJ: 1x/week until symptoms improve

  • Sports recovery: ASAP after event

  • Sports preparedness: at least 3 days prior to event

  • Lymphatic detox: 1x/week for 3 weeks. Repeat sessions every 3 months.
