What to Expect

First, a Client Service Specialist will check your blood pressure.

You will change into a spa robe, socks, and gloves. (Undergarments can be left on, metal jewelry must be removed). You will be given an extra pair of mittens, and boots to wear into the chamber.

We will set the Cryotherapy machine to your specifications, then you remove your robe behind a partition, step into the chamber, and your session will begin!

Your session will last 3 minutes or less. You may end the session at any time.

Your Client Service Specialist will have your robe ready as you step out of the chamber.

Your session is now complete and you may change back into your clothing!
