CryoRecovery

CryoRecovery is a popular pain relieving technique that utilizes the Cryo T-Shock machine to create an alternating hot and cold application. The treatment can be done over most areas of the body to help reduce pain, inflammation and muscle spasms/tension.

What to Expect

Application of Alternating Hot & Cold Temperatures:

  • After a specialized gel is applied to the skin, the treatment wand is massaged over the areas to be treated.

  • The machine alternates between 2 minutes of warm and cold temperatures throughout the treatment.

  • The cold treatment will help reduce inflammation, numb pain receptors, and promote vasoconstriction.

  • The warm treatment will improved circulation and assist in muscle relaxation.

  • Overall, the alternating between warm and cold will help to reduce chronic pain and further promote circulation to speed healing.
