Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that aims to enhance the body's natural healing abilities by manipulating the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

What to Expect

Craniosacral Therapy is done while you're fully clothed. A certified physical therapist will use gentle touch to assess and manipulate various areas of the body, particularly focusing on the head, spine, and sacrum.

You may feel subtle sensations of relaxation, warmth, or movement as the therapist works to release tension and encourage the body's natural healing processes.

Afterward, clients often report feeling deeply relaxed and may experience improvements in physical and emotional well-being.
